Our client is looking for a Change and Training Manager to join a large transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide change management advice and recommendations
- Define the training approach and support the development and delivery of training as required.
- Designed and Deliver targeted training programs
- Conduct training assessments
- Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
- Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
- Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business;
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change;
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Change and Training Manager
- Experience working on a kronos upgrade/ implementation project
- Experience with instructional delivery and facilitation, specifically delivering small and large group forums or workshops
- Training certifications will be highly regarded
