Primary LocationNSW - Wetherill ParkJob Description SummaryService Stream's Power division is currently seeking an experienced Crane/Borer Operator to join the Ausgrid team based out of Wetherill Park.About the RoleServices Stream's Power division is currently seeking applications from Crane/Borer operators to join our team in Seven Hills (Sydney). Working within the NSW Power business, you will report to the Works Manager and be involved in maintenance and construction works on the Ausgrid network.
Scope of work includes timber and steel pole replacements, defect rectification, and emergency response. To succeed in this role, you must hold a C6 or C2 crane licence and have relevant experience.

Full-TimeLocation: Wetherill Park, NSWReporting Line: Works ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Crane/Borer Operator, you will be part of a team responsible for constructing and maintaining Ausgrid's distribution electricity network, ensuring safety, reliability, and affordability to provide an uninterrupted supply to customers.
Award and CompensationService Stream offers above-market rates, an attractive EBA, and conditions including a nine-day fortnight with RDO, 15% superannuation, allowances, and substantial overtime. We are willing to cover relocation costs for the right candidate and encourage applicants from interstate and New Zealand.
About YouApplicants should have previous experience as a crane/borer operator, relevant training, and HR licences. Your daily tasks will involve installing and maintaining overhead powerlines that supply electricity to various users.
