Harbor is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Australian team within our Legal Technology and Operations (LT+O) practice group. Under the general direction of the APAC Team Lead, the Junior Consultant will work closely with a team of skilled professionals from various technical and business backgrounds across multiple time zones to ensure successful client engagements and maintain high client satisfaction through issue resolution and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position (partially on-site, partially in-office) based in Sydney, Australia.




Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and improve complex applications within the framework constraints.Collaborate with the team and clients to maintain existing applications as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.Acquire and maintain strong business domain knowledge and stay updated on best practices.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Install various software according to provided packs.Upgrade systems and processes to improve efficiency.Experience, Education, and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or equivalent.Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming.Knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, JSON, Web Services.Understanding of Windows Operating System.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.Ability to think critically and consider the broader context.Effective workload management to deliver consistent results.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, business, and management teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced,
