About the Role As the Business Development & Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing the brand's presence across the ANZ region. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, leading events, and overseeing smooth day-to-day operations — all with a focus on premium service, strategic thinking, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with high-performing travel advisors and agency groupsRepresent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and luxury eventsPlan and manage exclusive advisor events, luxury showcases, and hosted tripsLead local operations, coordinate with global teams,



and manage regional vendorsMentor and support a growing team while ensuring seamless service deliveryAssist with high-touch reservations and support advisors with tailored travel solutionsAbout You Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury travel sales, operations, or account managementStrong network within the AU/NZ travel advisor communityDemonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing business relationshipsProven event planning and execution skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrategic mindset with excellent organisational and leadership skillsWillingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationallyProficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration toolsPassionate about exceptional client service and the luxury travel experienceTake your travel career to the next level.
