This position is part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to both Grace's corporate and private clientele. The role includes coordinating corporate removals and ancillary services, and relationship development with some of Grace's largest clients.

In addition to the coordination of removal assignments the Customer Service Co Ordinator maintains day to day responsibility for their clients including database management, proposals, storage and invoicing.

- Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong and communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
