Are you looking for a genuine leadership opportunity with a growing advisory firm that values collaboration, openness, and shared success?

Our client is a well-established chartered accounting firm based in the Sydney CBD. The firm has a strong focus on privately owned SME clients and offers in-house financial planning through its Wealth division. With ongoing growth and acquisitions in progress, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Business Services Manager to support the next stage of expansion.

The Opportunity:

You’ll lead a capable team supporting two experienced Business Services Partners, with compliance staff already in place. The client base spans a range of industries, and the focus is on delivering practical business advice and high-quality service to SME clients.

You’ll also play a key role in:

- Shaping team processes during an exciting phase of growth
- Supporting an expanding portfolio and participating in broader firm strategy
- Stepping into a clear path to senior leadership as the firm continues to scale

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience working with privately owned SME clients
- Solid technical grounding in business services and tax




- CA or CPA qualification (preferred)
- A confident, collaborative leadership style and team-oriented mindset
