With over 20 years' experience providing a range of arborist services to both domestic and commercial clientele; addressing a variety of needs across a variety of situations, our client is a dedicated professional in their field. Based in Melbourne's East area, servicing a diverse client base across the Greater Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula area.

**The Opportunity**:
Due to increased demand for our clients' services, we're seeking a Climbing Arborist/Crew Leader to join a close knit team of three. With a strong focus on quality work over volume, this position offers a relaxed working environment where the importance work-life balance is recognised.





This is a well established business with a great variety of clients across the private, commercial and public sectors. You will be using equipment that is modern and well maintained.

- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
- $35-$45 p/h + Super

**Skills & Experience**:
We're interested in hearing from Arborists of all levels of skills and experience from novices to seasoned professionals with leadership experience and an interest in leading a small team.
- Industry experience
- Certificate III in Arboriculture - preferred
- White Card - preferred
- Working with Childrens Check - preferred
- Current Medium Rigid Licence - preferred
