The Role

Reporting to the Service Centre Supervisor NSW you will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administration and workshop assistance to the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure prompt service for counter inquiries and/or repairs.
- Assisting in reworking of tools as well as cleaning/preparing parts for tool assembly.
- Booking tools into our job system and dispatch of repaired tools.
- Calling stores when repairs are completed or for repair quotes.
- Serving counter customers and assisting with general enquiries.

What we need from you:

- Experience working in a similar environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to prioritise customer needs.
- Competent use of MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
