Customer and Compliance Officer
You will be responsible for delivering excellent experience to our customers and clients.
You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do whilst achieving timely outcomes.
**What are my accountabilities?**
- Coordinate triage efforts as calls are received
- Obtain and process key information relating to customer enquires
- Maintain high level of customer service with all internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing processes to prevent adhere to compliance requirements.
- Monitoring compliance with insurance regulations, and internal service level agreements.
**About you**:
- Experience in insurance industry and an understanding of relevant Insurance industry regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sedgwick supports a hybrid working model and initial training days will be paid and will be facilitated in our metro Wollongong office.
