How you will make an impact as a Mental Health Clinician
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic team focused on women's mental health. Your success in this role will be in your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment,
demonstrate flexibility, and provide exceptional care across three service areas: inpatient, day program, and outpatient individual therapy.
Desirable criteria:
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably within private mental health- Demonstrated experience in facilitating and leading group therapy sessions- Proficiency in various treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), ect.- Strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by women in the context of mental health- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Minimum of 2 years experience in Mental Health settings

- Police Record Check.- Registration with relevant governing body.- Vaccination requirements
