Our client is one of Australia's most prominent FMCG retailers with stores Australia-wide.
Your role will be to support the national roll-out of the company's rewards program, engaging directly with stakeholders both internal & external while managing retailer program onboarding and account management.
Joining the retail engagement team in Macquarie Park, this opportunity is an initial **6-month contract** with the view to extend an additional 6 months, with a possible opportunity to turn permanent thereafter.
**What you'll be doing?**
- Complete end-to-end onboarding and support of retailers nationally and build and maintain positive working relationships with retailers.
- Support multiple accounts and provide post-launch support.
- Establish and maintain regular contact schedules with accounts.
- Oversee retailer training program delivery to ensure understanding of key learning objectives.
- Participate in implementing retailer success programs.
- Cultivate positive relationships with state operations teams, retailers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Contribute to timely and effective business decision-making for successful commercial outcomes.
- Previous onboarding or customer success experience (in a retail or FMCG is desirable but not essential)
- B2B experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate with people from various backgrounds and levels.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
- Possess strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency to drive change and the ability to set direction.
