We are searching for a CERT III qualified Educator to join our team at our small setting in Oatley.

We are searching for a full-time, Cert III qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. You will be joining a team of friendly like-minded early childhood education and care professionals and enjoy many benefits including:

Our 39 place exceeding service centre is small and intimate and has the warmth and love that children need to grow and thrive. Our service runs exclusively for 2-5 years old to help with school readiness. We have a small dedicated team of early childhood educational professionals who love to come to work and care for the children of our centre. Staff moral is high and turnover extremely low. The owners understand that staff are the most important ingredient to a successful childcare centre so we take care of their needs just as much as the children's needs. The other benefit to being part of a smaller service is that you do not need to go through the ranks to get things singed off, everyone tends to be friendly and have deeper work relationships!
- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- has an ACECQA Approved Cert III qualification or above
- has WWCC (Employer) and current First Aid
- Some experience (desirable)
- is always interested in learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
