we’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join the marketing team at our Botany Head Office. You’ll sit within our high-performing, award-winning eCommerce team, playing a key role in ensuring every customer journey is seamless, personalised and impactful.

You’ll be helping to market our range of award-winning spirits, as well as our unique customer experiences — including spirits masterclasses and tailored gifts — bringing our brand to life at every touchpoint.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Owning end-to-end execution of email and SMS marketing — from CDP setup, strategy and segmentation to building, testing, deployment and analysis
- Driving database growth via targeted acquisition campaigns, competitions, partnerships and lead generation initiatives
- Planning and delivering automated lifecycle flows to boost conversion, retention and customer loyalty
- Briefing creative and design teams on CRM content needs,



managing timelines to ensure assets are delivered on brand and on time
- Maintaining a high-performing, compliant database — overseeing list hygiene, segmentation and seamless platform integrations (Shopify, Klaviyo and more)
- Analysing and optimising performance by reporting on open rates, CTRs, revenue and engagement trends to continually refine our CRM strategy

What we’re looking for:

- 4+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing roles, ideally within eCommerce D2C brands with a focus on email and SMS marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention and revenue
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms — particularly Klaviyo, Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, email deliverability, automation flows and best-practice personalisation




- Confidence with reporting and analysis — able to turn insights into action
- A knack for creative briefing and working with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life
- Excellent project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement
