**THE ROLE**

The Practice Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing effective management and leadership to a team of Practice and CDM Nurses. They will ensure patient care is efficient and effective following best practice principals and coaching/training/mentoring the staff to provide the best clinical outcomes to all patients. There is also scope for this person to work alongside the Practice Manager to understand and assist in all daily operational demands.

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Registered Nurse Div.1 with current AHPRA registration and no notations
- Excellent clinical skill with previous experience in either General Practice or Acute settings
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Exceptional organisational, time management, communication and customer service skills
