A highly regarded specialist firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its respected Estate Law team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and technically skilled lawyer to work across estate planning, administration, and litigation in a values-driven and client-focused environment.

The Role:
This position will see you advising a diverse client base on a wide range of estate matters, with key responsibilities including:
- Delivering high-quality, plain English advice on complex estate issues
- Managing estate planning, probate,
and estate litigation files end-to-end
- Handling client interviews and interpreting individual needs with empathy and precision
- Leading fee arrangements, budgeting, and billing under a value-pricing methodology
- Providing strategic legal solutions with commercial awareness
- Mentoring and guiding junior lawyers and contributing to internal knowledge development
About You:
You are an experienced estate lawyer who values both legal excellence and human connection. You will ideally bring:
- 4+ years PAE in wills & estates law (planning, administration and/or litigation)
- Strong drafting and client advisory experience in estate matters
- A methodical, proactive and client-first approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support and grow your team
- A passion for building referral relationships and contributing to firm development
