We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Holiday Casual to assist with the launch and marketing of our Paper Pocket 2025 Calendar range. Working over the seasonal holiday period, you will help with the planning and execution of digital media, as well as website maintenance and general duties associated with the marketing and sale of calendars online.
This is an excellent Casual opportunity for a Media/Communications student or eCommerce junior (or similar)
who is looking for work over the November - February period (excluding a brief Christmas break from 21/12/2024 - 08/01/2025).
**What you will do**:
- Assist with the strategic planning of marketing campaigns to drive sales online via an eCommerce site.
- Maintain an eCommerce website and update as required, including product information, images, categories, stock count and more.
- Upload and post articles to our sites and optimize in line with current SEO principles. Post to social media networks where applicable.
- Engage partners for marketing initiatives including sharing of common brand assets or promotional material.
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing preferred but not essential.
- Experience using Shopify or similar eCommerce platform
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar Design tools
- Excellent writing and written communication skills
- Availability of 3+ days per week
- Must be able to commute to UMCO office in Macquarie Park (NSW 2113)
- Must have working rights within Australia

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
