**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker,



you’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven team delivering high-quality, flexible services that empower people to live the lives they choose. You’ll work closely with individuals to support their goals, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support aligned with individual plans and goals
- Support clients with mental health needs and ageing-related challenges
- Participate in team-based service delivery and reflective practice
- Ensure compliance with behaviour support and safeguarding frameworks
- Assist with medication and health-related protocols (no personal care)
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service quality

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **disability support**, **aged care**, or **mental health desirable**:

- Willingness to work **inactive sleepover shifts**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) desirable
- Valid full driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate and CPR




- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care
