Role Purpose
Implement and carry out specific Safety, Health, Security & Environment management activities within MAB Engineering.
This role involves administering the administrative tasks of Safety, Health, Security & Environment, including providing procurement support to the department - as raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP for purchases,



and services under the purview of the superior; arranging travel and accommodations for team members, including handling hotel bookings, flight tickets, RISTA, and assisting in updating all manuals related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment.
Additionally, this role ensures compliance by employees and visitors with all Safety, Health, Security, and Environment regulations and procedures at the workplace.
Key Accountability

Carry out and assist in SHSE in planned audits and tracking/monitoring - conducting audits.
Carry out daily surveillance/investigation of any malpractices at the workplace on matters pertaining to Safety, Health, Security & Environment.
Investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
Compiling monthly statistics on Accident / Incident.
Ensure that only authorized vehicles and personnel are allowed into MAB Engineering Services Complex.
Carry out training, briefing, drills and any other activities with respect to Safety, Health,



Security & Environment at the workplace.
Updating the Register of Chemical Hazardous to Health at the workplace.
Coordinate emergency response on a 24 hour basis.
Engage with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders such as Group Procurement and Finance.
Order and maintain stock of stationery supplies.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Diploma with 2 years working experience OR SPM/equivalent or 5 years working experience in aviation, knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system and AMADEUS is an advantage.
Areas of Experience
Airline Engineering Industry, aviation, knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system, AMADEUS and AMOS.

and invoice processing while ensuring thorough safety inspections and accurate reporting of incidents and compliance data.

Efficiently coordinates procurement processes, safety training sessions, daily surveillance activities, and monthly reporting with a structured approach that ensures nothing is overlooked.
Proactive Communicator
Effectively liaises with suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and employees to promote safety compliance, address procurement needs, and resolve issues swiftly.
Observant and Vigilant
Maintains constant awareness of the workplace environment to identify potential safety, health, security, and environmental hazards; conducts investigations into malpractices with keen attention.
Reliable and Trustworthy
Handles sensitive financial matters and confidential safety incident reports with integrity,



ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
