About youQualifications
A recent degree or Cert IV in IT.
High motivation for technology and solving complex issues.
Strong communication skills with a passion for outstanding customer experience.
A good basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
