**Melville Hyundai** are seeking a customer focused** Service Advisor or Trainee** for an exciting opportunity to join their vibrant Service Department.
To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate, brand ambassador consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our Service Customers.

**The Role**:
- Guide the customer through the service process to get them driving as quickly as possible
- Deliver excellent customer experiences to fulfill their needs and enquiries
- Receiving & advising customers on maintenance requirements
- Advise progress of service/repairs being carried out
- Provide information about the vehicle to enhance the driving experience
- Meet and manage customer expectations
- Provide technical support and advice
- Resolve any issues and challenges
- Collaborating with team to achieve sales targets and conversion rates
- Ensure customer satisfaction (NPS)

- Full WA drivers’ licence is essential
- Mechanical knowledge preferred
