They are an Australian owned company, and are now seeking an experienced Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join their Ingleburn, NSW team.
The Role
This role is required on a full-time basis with an annual salary of $77,500 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities

- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all pallet racking systems and storage solutions offered by the company, including custom and end-to-end services
- Keeps up to date with industry developments, including competitor offerings and innovations in racking systems and warehouse storage
- Be able to work towards KPI's and targets
- Proactively identifies and generates new business opportunities through cold calling,



referrals, online research, and networking
- Develops and maintains long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Engages with potential clients through site visits to evaluate their storage needs and promote suitable pallet racking products and services
- Understands client requirements and provides tailored recommendations for industrial storage solutions that meet their operational and space requirements
- Presents detailed proposals and quotations to clients, clearly articulating the benefits and features of the proposed solutions
- Negotiates pricing, credit terms, and contract conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Records customer orders accurately and manages the completion of sales contracts




- Coordinates the timely delivery and installation of racking systems while ensuring WH&S; compliance
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review
- Gathers client feedback and market insights to report demand trends, product effectiveness, and customer satisfaction to management
- Provides quick and effective resolution to client queries, issues, and post-sale concerns
- Conducts consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and ongoing support
- Maintains comprehensive records of sales activities and expenses in line with company procedures
- Adheres to all workplace health and safety (WH&S;) policies and procedures during sales visits, installations, and client engagements

The Requirements

- At least a Bachelor Degree in Business or in a relevant field,




- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a commercial capacity
- At least 2 years proven track record in sales in the storage industry, with experience in B2B and B2C sales
- At least 2 years' experience preparing and presenting technical sales proposals, including site measurements, product specifications, and pricing
- At least 2 years' experience negotiating contracts and closing deals with procurement managers, warehouse operators, or project contractors
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and layout designs to tailor storage solutions to client needs
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track interactions, and report sales activity
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment service delivery.




- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and willingness to utilise initiative.
- Able to deal with stressful situations confidently and calmly.
- Proven ability to work within and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a solutions-focused approach to managing
- Full Driver's License and own reliable transport
