The Centre
Nestled behind high concrete walls, Guardian Underwood is a hidden industrial oasis where children thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring environment.



Our play-based learning programs are led by a team of highly experienced Educators and degree-qualified Teachers , fostering curiosity and creativity for children aged six weeks to six years .

The Opportunity
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;

- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children’s learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.




- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- This role is for the 4years-5years age group – Kindergarten room.

To Be Considered, You Will Have

- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma or working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Prior experience in long day-care (desirable but not essential)
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children’s Check – QLD Blue Card
