**Summary**
- Your job is to support the company’s growth in the wagering space. You will manage and execute on strategic projects and improve the efficiency of day-to-day business processes. You make betting happen by being across the details.
- This is a full-time role working Tuesday-Saturday.
If you would prefer to work Sunday instead of a day above, that can be discussed.
- We operate in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You can work remotely after learning in the office.
- Interviews will be conducted Nov 9th onwards.

**What you will do**
- Execute strategic projects in line with director’s vision. You must be capable of solving problems and taking initiative.
- Improve and systematise company business processes continually
- Effectively direct a team of remote assistants to execute company workflows efficiently
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of asset values and transactions completed
- Provide summary documents of weekly betting performance
**What you will bring**
- Great people skills. You need to be able to manage a team effectively to achieve results.
- A structured mind - you need to be able to make challenges simple and make chaos order.
- Good character - you must be trustworthy with strong personal integrity
- An eager, positive attitude to work and growth
**Education and experience**
- University degree in science, engineering, commerce, IT, mathematics or actuarial studies
- Knowledge of excel
- Prior working experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge or interest in horse racing, sports and betting
**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
