As a Senior Field Service Technician,



your responsibilities include servicing Woodford Correctional Center, focusing on maintaining high-level hardware/software and network assets such as network switches, routers, time servers, servers, RAID systems, workstations, EBI, DVM, VMD, Biometrics, IP Intercoms, IP Cameras, NVRs, DARS, and DVRs across QCS sites. Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
ResponsibilitiesService and maintain Honeywell and third-party equipment according to your trade expertise.Perform daily servicing, calibrations, and maintenance.Configure security systems hardware and software.Diagnose faults and repair security head-end systems.Load software and configure EBI/DVM systems.Manage small to medium project installations, including supervising subcontractors.Estimate material costs and quantities,



and order parts.Control finances according to budgets and plans.Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication with clients and service recipients.Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Team Leader.Track and report on performance indicators and service objectives.Be available for duties outside normal hours as scheduled and directed.QualificationsAn Associate Diploma or higher in Electrical or Electronics is advantageous.Experience in fault finding and repairing electronic equipment.Knowledge of Honeywell control systems and EBI products in security, fire, and HVAC applications is a plus.Experience with managing, repairing, and maintaining IT systems, including hardware and software.Hold a QLD Security Provider and Installer License.Possess a QLD Corrections Yellow Card and relevant Security Clearance.Commitment to customer satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication,



and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Capable of working under pressure.Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.Who We Are
