**Responsibilities of the role**
- Drive my client / family members to allied health / therapy appointments
- Provide personal care duties
- Light tidying and cleaning of the family home

**Requirements of the position**
- You will have initiative and provide family support
- Open driver’s license / car
- First aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Police criminal history check

**Hours and pay**
- The role is on a rotating roster with up to 30 hours per week, day shifts only
- The pay is in line with the SCHADS award starting at $37.00 - $40.00 an hour plus penalties for weekends and public holidays
