Are you passionate about luxury travel and looking for your next leadership opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager to drive growth, build high-value partnerships,

About the Role

As the Business Development & Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the brand’s presence across the ANZ region. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, leading events, and overseeing smooth day-to-day operations — all with a focus on premium service, strategic thinking, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing travel advisors and agency groups
- Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and luxury events
- Plan and manage exclusive advisor events, luxury showcases, and hosted trips
- Lead local operations, coordinate with global teams, and manage regional vendors




- Mentor and support a growing team while ensuring seamless service delivery
- Assist with high-touch reservations and support advisors with tailored travel solutions

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury travel sales, operations, or account management
- Strong network within the AU/NZ travel advisor community
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing business relationships
- Proven event planning and execution skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools
- Passionate about exceptional client service and the luxury travel experience
