The Role
Are you an experienced business coach with a knack for operations, a sharp commercial mind, and a passion for helping others succeed? We're on the hunt for a Performance Coach to support and guide a portfolio of franchisees - boosting sales, profit, operational consistency, and brand engagement across our Anytime Fitness network in Australia. This is a 'boots on the ground' high-impact role for someone who thrives on relationships and results. Key Responsibilities

Coach and support franchisees in achieving sales, profitability,



and operational targetsExecute business plans and strategies in line with our brand and growth goalsConduct regular business reviews, monthly club visits, audits, and peer group meetings to build relationships and assess performanceAnalyse and guide financial performance, including budgeting and reportingDeliver operational and compliance training, supporting continuous improvement and enabling brand excellenceChampion the use of systems and tools, and ensure consistent compliance with brand standardsDrive engagement in key franchise events such as conferences and roadshows and delivery of regular training
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with a well-rounded mix of operations, commercial acumen and coaching capability. You'll bring:




Experience supporting franchisees to grow their business and boost profitabilityProven ability to execute business plans and drive results across multiple sitesStrong understanding of financial management including budgeting, reporting and commercial analysisA focus on operational excellence, compliance and maintaining high brand and franchisee standardsAbility to implement and embed process improvements across the networkExperience in multi-site management and delivering high-quality customer serviceDemonstrated success in performance improvementSharp analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and act on opportunitiesExcellent time management, skilled at prioritising and meeting competing deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skills
Essential Requirements
Willingness to travel regularly to meet with franchisees and attend business-critical meetingsAble to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced,



high-pressure environmentConfident communicator who can engage with franchisees, club staff and members alikeCapable of working both independently and collaboratively, as part of a high-performing teamProcess-driven and solution-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset
