We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our APAC Sales team. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge and experience of the Transformer market and be responsible for driving sales growth in the Vertical Industries of Energy and Renewables. A strong focus will be on building a healthy pipeline of opportunities that will lead to successfully achieving budget. This role requires strategic thinking,



strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends for Transformers in the Energy and Renewables sectors.
A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our APAC Sales team. A strong focus will be on building a healthy pipeline of opportunities that will lead to successfully achieving budget. This role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends for Transformers in the Energy and Renewables sectors.

How You'll Make An Impact

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth for distribution transformers within the region.Collaborate with the APAC Sales Team to contribute to and implement the overall sales strategy.Demonstrate strategic thinking and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.Engage with consultants and EPC's to identify future projects and manage opportunities using CRM tools.Participate in customer negotiations, manage bidding and pricing strategies, and conduct win/loss analysis.Coordinate with Channel Partners, set business goals, and support them in achieving regional sales targets.

What You Bring

Proven experience in sales, product management, account management, or a related role.Deep knowledge and selling experience in the Energy and Renewables Industry.Demonstrated ability to build a plan around achieving sales targets.Strong critical thinking, business insight, and adaptability to market conditions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel and build strong client relationships across the region.
