About The Opportunity

Campbelltown Hospital is seeking an experienced Administration Officer (Level 3) to join the Outpatients Department. This position provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient delivery of patient services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy healthcare environment.

What You'll Be Doing

To provide effective, efficient and high level clerical support to Outpatients Department as well as an exceptional standard of customer service to the patients to ensure effective coordination and execution of specialist medical clinics.

This position requires a highly organised,



self-motivated individual who is capable of managing a diverse range of administrative duties and ability to undertake decision making in day to day Operations for Outpatient Services.

The position works in an exciting but challenging dynamic team environment. The Outpatients Department is committed to delivering excellent care and new ways of thinking about how we deliver care.
