They are an Australian owned company, and are now seeking an experienced Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join their Ingleburn, NSW team.

The Role

This role is required on a full-time basis with an annual salary of $77,500 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities

Possesses in-depth knowledge of all pallet racking systems and storage solutions offered by the company, including custom and end-to-end servicesKeeps up to date with industry developments, including competitor offerings and innovations in racking systems and warehouse storageBe able to work towards KPI's and targetsProactively identifies and generates new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, online research,



and networkingDevelops and maintains long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referralsEngages with potential clients through site visits to evaluate their storage needs and promote suitable pallet racking products and servicesUnderstands client requirements and provides tailored recommendations for industrial storage solutions that meet their operational and space requirementsPresents detailed proposals and quotations to clients, clearly articulating the benefits and features of the proposed solutionsNegotiates pricing, credit terms, and contract conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targetsRecords customer orders accurately and manages the completion of sales contractsCoordinates the timely delivery and installation of racking systems while ensuring WH&S; compliancePrepares weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management reviewGathers client feedback and market insights to report demand trends, product effectiveness, and customer satisfaction to managementProvides quick and effective resolution to client queries, issues, and post-sale concernsConducts consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and ongoing supportMaintains comprehensive records of sales activities and expenses in line with company proceduresAdheres to all workplace health and safety (WH&S;) policies and procedures during sales visits, installations, and client engagements

The Requirements

At least a Bachelor Degree in Business or in a relevant field,Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a commercial capacityAt least 2 years proven track record in sales in the storage industry, with experience in B2B and B2C salesAt least 2 years' experience preparing and presenting technical sales proposals, including site measurements, product specifications, and pricingAt least 2 years' experience negotiating contracts and closing deals with procurement managers, warehouse operators, or project contractorsProven ability to direct and coordinate operationsAbility to interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and layout designs to tailor storage solutions to client needsProficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track interactions,
