We are searching for a passionate and driven Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based at our West Perth office, this is a crucial role that will see you partner with our passionate WA leadership team, driving best HR practices and outcomes.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to our WA HR Manager, the successful applicant will be a proactive business partner who is passionate and committed to driving HR strategy and outcomes, while providing guidance and mentorship to our HR team. This role will balance strategic priorities, with day to operational business partnership. With a strong focus on Industrial and Employee Relations, you will play a key role in delivering Hall & Prior’s workforce strategic priorities, to support our vision to become an employer of choice in the aged care sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:





- Providing high level, timely and professional advice to the management team in relation to all HR matters, including people & culture strategy, employment conditions, performance management, grievances, attraction and retention of staff.
- Provide sound industrial relations and employee relations advice to support operational requirements.
- Be a trusted HR Business Partner to WA management teams.
- Supporting the HR leadership team, helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist the Talent Sourcing Specialist with managing recruitment and on boarding from advertising vacancies through to assisting with orientation processes.
- In conjunction with the wider HR Team, develop, implement and continuously improve HR documentation and HR systems including staff record keeping, position descriptions,



policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant workplace legislation etc.

What will help you succeed?

- Proven experience driving best practice outcomes as a HR Business Partner
- Demonstrated experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements and engaging with employee representative groups will be looked upon favourably.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and other workplace related legislation/regulations
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong ability to listen and understand differing views and perspectives, and be able to negotiate with relevant stakeholders
- National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
- Evidence of 2025 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
