Job Description





- Provide exceptional support to the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support the resolution of client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Product Sales Support Advisor Should Have

- Previous experience in a sales support or similar role, ideally within mining industries.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
