What You'll Be Doing:Client Services Officer - Financial Services | RSM Melbourne

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting our financial planning professionals with day-to-day client service needs Preparing and completing implementation forms for recommended advice Assisting in the management of compliance obligations Maintaining accurate financial data using dedicated financial planning software Liaising with financial providers to obtain relevant information Managing ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients Building and nurturing strong client relationships Providing general administrative support to the team




What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a client services role, ideally within financial services Excellent self-discipline and workflow management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a setting with regular process changes High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A team player with a professional presentation and a warm, empathetic approach to client needs
