Position: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Smithfield, Sydney
Job Type: Full time
Starting Time: ASAP
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus Supe r
Your key duties
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Address customer inquiries regarding stone products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate client consultations and schedule site visits for sales or installation teams.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer support.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Previous experience working with a stone manufacturer is highly desirable
- Administrative Support: experience in providing general admin support in a fast-paced environment.
- Accounts Work: Preferably some experience with accounts, including Xero invoicing and Zoho CRM management.
- Phone Handling: Must be confident and professional on the phone, able to handle client inquiries and internal communications with ease.
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in computer software, including MS Office, accounting software, and CRM platforms.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting emails, reports, and client communications effectively.
