About The Role
As a Community Support Worker, this is your opportunity to encourage positive behaviours and design activities that support the overall well-being of participants. You will take part in programs including physical and outdoor activities, while helping to build important life skills such as independence, teamwork, decision-making and community inclusion.
Reporting to the TSA Youthlink Skills4Life Coordinator, this is a Permanent Part Time role, located in Blacktown, NSW.
How You Will Make An Impact




Deliver 1:1 or small group support based on individual participant needs Provide direct care in line with service plans and coordinator guidance Support young people in age-appropriate activities including work, social, and community involvement Assist participants in safely engaging with program and community activities Role model positive behaviours and support skill-building through reflection and feedback Monitor participant safety and well-being, reporting concerns to the coordinator Help plan and deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive programs
What You Will Bring
A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent Current NSW WWCCC A valid NDIS Worker Check clearance Current Drivers licence Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
