We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, evaluating and streamlining processes, and enhancing technological platforms within our global Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team.
This role demands a keen understanding to effectively drive improvements and innovations in our business solutions.
You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process, design and architecture, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. If you have knowledge in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities, please apply!
Day in the life:
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsDevelop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutionsConduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain pointsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goalsFacilitate communication between business and technical teamsCreate business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunitiesParticipate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain system documentation and training materials
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
5+ years professional experience in a business analyst roleExperience within travel or other internet-scale environmentsBackground knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architectureStrong business acumen and critical thinking skillsKnowledge in business process re-engineering and improvementStrong facilitation skillsGood quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
