They are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Consultant . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and high-performing team where you'll have real ownership and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders and requests from start to finish, ensuring follow-through and customer satisfaction. Provide tailored solutions using your product, application, and industry knowledge. Accurately maintain business systems to reflect customer interactions and requirements. Share customer insights and feedback to support product and service improvements. Consistently deliver a high-quality customer service experience in all interactions.
Experience & Qualifications




Experience in customer service focused role Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience. Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

You are a people person who thrives on helping others and building strong relationships. You take pride in your communication skills and enjoy solving problems, managing your workload with care and attention to detail.
