About the role.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will join a collaborative and supportive HR team dedicated to designing and implementing people-focused strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with the NSW Senior Leadership Team to support the whole NSW employee group.

You will spend your days supporting the HR initiatives of the group, reporting on metrics to help guide decision making and workforce planning, acting as a trusted advisor providing support and people advice, as well as influencing engagement, positive culture and facilitate best practise HR Principles.





It is a requirement of this position to regularly be onsite in clinics located in CBD, Bondi Junction, Penrith and Paramatta

Most importantly, you will be given the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by an experienced and diverse group of HR professionals and the ability to develop and grow professionally.

In this role you will be accountable for:

- Supporting the NSW leadership team on all HR-related matters
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Providing business-focused, operational HR advice and services
- Interpreting and advising on HR policies and employment legislation
- Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of company policies, processes and improvement initiatives
- Delivering value-added service to management and employees
- Embracing and supporting the Group HR strategy




- HR Metrics and reporting within the NSW Business unit
- Participating and supporting P&C; initiatives and programs
