About The Role

This is an exciting Head of Membership and Engagement opportunity with a leading globally recognized professional services brand.

Your core focus will be to drive acquisition of new members, retain and engage existing members,



and decrease membership churn while providing a world-class membership and engagement experience.

Another key focus is on team leadership. You will model, nurture, and mentor a large team, harnessing both their collective and individual skills so that they reach their potential. You are a multiplier and connector of people, thriving in environments that challenge your team to grow outside their comfort zones.

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, Engagement, and Marketing, they seek someone with a positive, curious, and hungry mindset to come in and hit the ground running in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the entire membership and engagement strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, and operations.
- Provide insights to the Acquisition, Relationship, and Retention teams using market intelligence and trends, employing a test-and-learn methodology.
- Engage with marketing to understand and prioritize drives, initiatives, and collateral to generate interest and demand.
- Oversee budgets to meet growth and retention targets.
- Lead, develop,



and coach your team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.

To be successful you will have:

- A proven track record in a senior leadership role related to sales, marketing, membership, or engagement.
- Strong corporate experience, particularly with big brands in B2C or B2B services.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of growth achievements.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Experience managing large teams.
- Experience in omni-channel customer experience, NPS, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build effective relationships and engage positively with stakeholders, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with online mediums, including web chat and social media, to build customer connections.
- A positive, proactive,



collaborative, curious, and hungry mindset to make an immediate impact.
