What we're looking for? We're looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to launch and lead our brand-new store in Claremont, WA. As we prepare to open, you'll play a key role in setting up the store from the ground up, building the team, driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and increasing local awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with the community and shape our presence in WA.
Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, communicating with head office, inventory management, reporting, visual merchandising, staff management,rostering, store maintenance,
and general day-to-day operations.
To be considered you must have? A down to earth attitude and customer focused approach.
High attention to detail and keen eye for visual merchandising.
A proven track record of motivating and driving a team to achieve sales objectives.
A high level of organisation and a can-do attitude.
Previous store management experience in a fashion boutique environment is highly advantageous.
Availability to work full time including Saturdays.
