Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yrOur client, a growing fintech SaaS business, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.This role is hands-on and high-impact perfect for someone from a startup or scale-up background who's rolled up their sleeves, worn multiple hats, and is now ready to step up into a global company.You'll be the go-to person for understanding the market, customers, and competitors and turning those insights into compelling messaging, GTM strategies,



and enablement across the business.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for new and existing product launchesDevelop clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyer personasConduct market, competitor, and customer research to shape product direction and commercial strategyPartner closely with Product to understand the roadmap and translate features into customer-facing benefitsEnable Sales and Customer Success with collateral, playbooks, and training to support pipeline growth and retentionBuild and maintain product marketing assets across internal and external channelsAct as the external voice of the product through thought leadership, content, and customer conversationsKey Skills You'll Bring:Experience in a Product Marketing Manager role within a SaaS or fintech companyProven track record of delivering successful product launches and GTM strategiesAbility to turn complex products into clear, compelling messagingExperience building sales enablement content and delivering trainingStrong cross-functional collaborator across product, sales, marketing, and leadershipBias for action, strong communicator,
