The Operations Accounts Officer is a pivotal role in the team that involves the coordination of all accounts related duties to ensure continuity in our ever-evolving environment,



required to meet a consistently high standard.

About The Role

We are seeking a positive and energetic Operations Accounts Officer to join our growing operations team. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader and working with the Leadership Team, the candidate will need strong interpersonal skills, and have the following key responsibilities:

- Managing accounts payables and receivables
- Bank accounts reconciliation
- Expense reports and reviews
- Budget updates presented to the team
- Company insurance reviews
- Client invoicing, statements and debtors
- Cash flow management and credit card management
- Client credit account application processing
- FBT preparation for Accountant
- Assisting external bookkeeper and accountants as required
- Participate in stock takes

Training will be provided in-house and have exposure to a large number of technologies and products.

- A flexible approach to daily work activities is also an essential requirement of this position
- General knowledge of accounts and best practices
- The ability to handle escalation scenarios and manage customer expectations.
- Will be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Be reliable, punctual, well organised and presented.
- Has desire to work within a growing business and be rewarded for their success.




- Will have a valid driver's license and the legal right to work in Australia.
- Experience using Xero is preferred.
