We are on the hunt for our new and vibrant Digital Marketing Manager to join our group to work across a number of our brands.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the online growth and content exposure across all digital channels for SurfStitch & General Pants. They will drive digital marketing strategies, maintain strong budget discipline, manage key external agency partnerships and are the central reporting figure for the business across all digital channels.

Own all paid digital marketing channels,



providing strategies and planning that delivers unified content, whilst simultaneously meeting obligations to external partners in order to maximise the exposure of the brand online. You will work closely with the Online, Marketing and Creative teams, sharing best practices to ensure that the business is executing a cohesive storytelling experience for our customers, in line with key business goals and direction.

**About the role...**
- Manage the digital marketing strategy to achieve annual online sales and profit budgets - with clear focus on pushing to constantly grow and deliver at a greater level
- Support and drive all relevant KPI targets including, Online Growth, ROI, traffic, conversion, and Marketplace
- Own the paid social media channels (Facebook, IG and TikTok Ads) and the SEM channel constantly refining and monitoring campaigns with an in-depth assessment of their performance (Audiences used, search terms and negative keywords, etc.)




- Drive strong reporting practice to highlight the trends and action against them quickly when needed particularly around channel and content performance/opportunities
- Manage agencies ensuring our search and display is optimised, blended and within our expected ROI return

**About you**
- 5+ years' experience in performance marketing, managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns via agency
- Experience in developing paid media strategies across display channels
- Proven experience in delivering reports/dashboards showing Online channels performance with actionable insights
- Results focused with proven strategies implemented to increase traffic and sales
- Knowledgeable on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Experience managing Google Merchant Centre accounts
- Clear understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and platforms - Shopify knowledge is Highly regarded
- Experience in Affiliates networks management




- Tech Savy and constantly on top of the latest ecommerce and digital advertising trends and features
- Experience in the Retail Industry is highly regarded
- Must have full Australian working rights and be Sydney based or willing to relocate
