A permanent full-time role within a busy family-orientated dental clinic based in the NSW Hunter Valley Region. For a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant or Dental office receptionist interested in providing high-quality dental care for clients of all ages.
Requires receptionist or admin experience & dental knowledge
Salary depends on experience

A normal day includes
Greeting patients and checking them in upon arrival.
Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients.
Maintaining patient records and updating information as needed.
Communicating with dental staff to coordinate patient care and appointments.
Providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing any concerns theymay have.

You will need
Knowledge of the dental industry.
Experience as a receptionist
