You'll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring a team of caseworkers, coordinators,



and social workersEmbedding BRAMS' Model of Care and ensuring culturally safe service deliveryPromoting person-centred care and compliance in assessments and care plansDriving continuous improvement, team development, and community engagementAbout You You'll bring:
A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or similar2–3+ years leadership experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or SEWBExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and working cross-culturallyAdaptability, solution-focus, and a strategic mindsetExperience in an Aboriginal Medical Service is highly regardedReady to Apply?
