We're on the hunt for a motivated Bid Coordinator or Manager to join one of our long-standing civil and infrastructure clients. They're a contractor that's been around for over 50 years and they're known for delivering high-quality projects across civil, infrastructure, and defence sectors.
This is your chance to play a key role in securing exciting new projects, working alongside a supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and doing things the right way.

Solid salary:

What you'll be doing:
Taking charge of the end-to-end bid process - from planning through to submission.Getting involved in tender meetings and keeping everything on track.Juggling multiple submissions at once while keeping your cool under pressure.Working closely with different teams to pull together the best possible bids.Making sure all submissions meet the high standards our client is known for.
What we're looking for:
Experience in bid coordination or bid management - ideally in construction or infrastructure.Someone who's super organised and thrives on meeting deadlines.Great communication skills - written and verbal.A natural team player who's confident working across departments.Someone who's proactive and always looking for ways to improve.
