Salary: $87,416 - $110,497 p.a.
RN/M2C / $74,831 - $102,103 p.a.

Eligibility Open to Everyone Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a RN/M2C or RN/M1, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
Overview
As part of the community health team, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of evidence-based, recovery-oriented mental health services appropriate to the needs of consumers and the local community.
To achieve this,



you will be working with consumers across community, acute and rehabilitation service settings, and utilise a combination of therapeutic approaches.
Operating within pre-determined guidelines and in a multidisciplinary primary health care setting, you will assess consumers, select and implement different therapeutic interventions and/or support programs, and evaluate progress.

For appointment at the RN1 or RN2 level, you will be eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate, along with a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.

you will be committed to providing mental health care that is consumer-centred and least restrictive.
You will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting, and possess effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
