We are currently seeking a talented and committed State Visual Merchandising Manager to join Unison. You will lead the Visual Merchandising teams across our Queensland locations.
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.
About The Role
Managing the QLD Visual Merchandising teamMaintaining VM and store presentation standardsImplementing training initiatives to develop VM skills at store levelAssisting with new store manager training sessions on VM standardsOverseeing the installation of instore and window VM conceptsApplying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM GuidelinesIn conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase salesWorking with State/Area Manager, and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable way
ALL ABOUT YOU:
A minimum of 3 years Visual Merchandising experience (with fashion experience as an advantage).Exceptional time management, organisational and communication skillsStrong leadership skills and works well as a part of a teamExcellent attention to detail

To be considered for this Brisbane-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to all QLD locations.
