About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to support inclusive education research projects. The successful candidate will contribute to literature reviews, qualitative data analysis, preparation of research publications, and the development of research reports and presentations for academic and stakeholder audiences.
If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting literature reviews and reference managementContributing to the drafting and revision of peer-reviewed journal articlesPreparing high-quality research reports and summariesCollaborating with the lead researcher and wider project teamMaintaining research budget, ethics and data integrity protocolsAbout You As a Research Assistant you will be a self-motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills.
As the successful candidate you will also have:
A PhD in Education or Disability Studies, or a closely related fieldDemonstrated experience in qualitative research methods and analysisA proven track record of academic writing and publication in peer-reviewed journalsExperience writing research reports for academic and/or policy audiencesFamiliarity with inclusive education research or lived experience of disabilityExperience working on externally funded research projectsRemuneration $66.62 per hour (HEW6.1)
The university offers 11.5% employer provided superannuation.
