**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Officer for the Laverton site on behalf of Toll Chemical Logistics and its Customers. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to the customers and business team through the provision of administrative and customer service functions, as well as enhancing the customer experience by overseeing local customer contacts, liaising with customers and sites, whilst identifying continuous improvement and innovation within the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**ADMINISTRATION**
- Process all sellside transactions to ensure that correct revenue is received from customers through daily processing of Transport activities.
- Process all buyside transactions to ensure vendors are paid for services rendered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required by management
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Answer inbound calls from customers dealing with general enquiries,
track and trace and ETA's whilst providing and maintaining outstanding customer service at all times.
- Processing orders using PWMS and RAMCO (Current Management Systems).
- Communicating and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams as required
- Communicating with customers regarding order status and providing updates as required
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and staff members at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to make and execute effective decisions
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities effectively
- Effective time management and self-discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
